Preliminary Procedure Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) . If necessary, remove air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement Remove the surge tank inlet hose. Refer to Exterior Trim Emblem Removal Notice . Remove the charge air cooler inlet and outlet pipes. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement and Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement . Remove the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) . Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) .
1	Radiator Bolt (Qty: 4) Tip: Radiator is mounted to the charged air cooler.

Remove the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) .
Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2) .

Radiator Bolt (Qty: 4)
Tip: Radiator is mounted to the charged air cooler.
