Preliminary Procedure Remove the battery cover/engine control module (ECM). Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection Remove the fuse block. Refer to Fuse Block Replacement
1	Battery Retainer Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in).
