Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  2. Remove the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement (Diesel) .
  3. Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

  5. Remove the fan pulley bolts/nuts.
  6. Remove the fan pulley.
