Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.
  2. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor if necessary. Refer to Mass Airflow Sensor/Intake Air Temperature Sensor Replacement .
  3. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the supercharger inlet duct.
  4. Remove the air cleaner housing from the vehicle.
  5. Remove the air cleaner housing splash shields, if necessary.
