Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove the heater hose bracket screw.
    3. Fig 1: Heater Hose Bracket

  3. Remove the heater hose bracket (1).
    4. Fig 2: Heater Core & HVAC Module

  4. Slide the heater core out of the HVAC module.
