Removal Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Remove the rear wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  4. Remove the wheel speed sensor connector (1) from the wheel speed sensor (2).
    5. IMPORTANT: Do not reuse the wheel speed sensor after it has been removed.
  5. Remove and discard the wheel speed sensor (2).
