Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Unsnapping/Resnapping The Spring Bumper From The Mounting Cup (4WD 15-Series and 2WD 25/35-Series)

  1. Snap the jounce bumper to the mounting cup (4WD 15 Series).
    2. Fig 2: Removing/Installing The Nut From The Spring Bumper Stud (4WD 15-Series and 2WD 25/35-Series)

  2. Install the jounce bumper (all 25/35 Series and RWD 15 Series with coil spring).
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the nut to the jounce bumper stud.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Remove the safety stands.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
