Installation Procedure

  1. Apply a thin coat of NIGLUBE® to the following:
    • To the caliper bores (3)
    • To the inside of the pin boots (2)
    • To the new caliper pin bolts (4)
  2. Install new caliper pin bolt boots (2) to the caliper.

  4. Install the brake caliper bracket (3). Refer to Brake Caliper Bracket Replacement - Front (J55)  or Brake Caliper Bracket Replacement - Front (without J55) .
  5. Install the brake pad retainers (1) to the caliper bracket.
  6. Install the brake pads (2) to the caliper bracket.

  8. Remove the heavy mechanics wire (1).
  9. Install the brake caliper. Refer to Brake Caliper Replacement - Front (without J55)  or Brake Caliper Replacement - Front (J55) .
