Armored Vehicles
NOTE:
The following procedures can only be performed on vehicles equipped with Enhanced Mobility Tires (EMT), armored cars and armored cars with 8" stretch. Since the tire pressure sensor is secured to the run flat ring inside the wheel/tire assembly, the sensor cannot be reached using the sensor activating magnet.
After Tire Rotation:
NOTE:
In the following procedure, an OBD-II compatible scan tool is required.
- Connect scan tool. Turn ignition switch to ON position, with engine off.
- Using scan tool, select "2004".
- Select "LD TRK, MPV, INCOMPLETE".
- Select "CADILLAC INCOMPLETE".
- Select "LIMOUSINE".
- Select "CHASSIS".
- Select "TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR".
- Select "SPECIAL FUNCTIONS".
- Select "TIRE ROTATION/SENSOR REPLACEMENT".
- Select the sensor location and press ENTER key.
- Select the new location of the sensor by pressing the location soft key the sensor has been rotated to.
- Repeat procedure for the remaining 3 sensors.
- When finished, press EXIT key to escape.
After Tire Pressure Sensor Replacement:

- Connect scan tool. Turn ignition switch to ON position, with engine off.
- Using scan tool, select "2004".

- Select "CADILLAC INCOMPLETE".
- Select "LIMOUSINE".
- Select "CHASSIS".
- Select "TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR".
- Select "SPECIAL FUNCTIONS".
- Select "TIRE ROTATION/SENSOR REPLACEMENT".
- Select the sensor location and press ENTER key.
- Using numeric key pad on scan tool, enter the NEW 8-digit identification number as noted on front side of wheel mounting flange on replacement wheel/tire assembly, and press ENTER key.
- Press YES key if identification number entered is correct.
- Press EXIT key to escape.
