Installation Procedure

  1. Install the recirculation actuator.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the recirculation actuator screws (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

  3. Install the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.

  4. Position the DIM module bracket to the original position.
  5. Install the rear DIM module bracket screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

  6. Install the DIM module into the bracket. Refer to Dash Integration Module Replacement (LHD) or Dash Integration Module Replacement (RHD) in Body Control System.
  7. Install the instrument panel retainer. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Retainer Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  8. Recalibrate the actuators. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators .
