Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel center trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Center in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the console trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the HVAC control module bracket fasteners.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control module and the radio.

  5. Remove the HVAC control module and the radio.

  6. Remove the HVAC control module retaining nuts.
  7. Remove the HVAC control module from the bracket.
