Installation Procedure

Route the antenna extension cable (1) next to the I/P harness, through the I/P carrier to the radio opening, as noted during removal.

Connect the antenna extension cable (2).
Tie strap the antenna extension cable to the I/P harness.
Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement (U45) or Radio Replacement (U1R, UL6, UM5, UM9) .
Install the left console trim panel. Refer to Console Trim Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
