Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the center I/P air vents. Refer to Deflector Replacement - Instrument Panel Air - Center in HVAC.
  2. Remove the HVAC programer/ashtray assembly. Refer to HVAC Control Module Replacement in HVAC Systems - Automatic.
  3. Remove the 4 10 mm screws securing the radio to the I/P retainer.

  4. Pull out the radio assembly.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the radio from the vehicle.
