Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - LEFT (WITHOUT UV2) or KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - LEFT (UV2) in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors to the steering column module (1).
  3. Loosen the retaining screw on the steering column control module. Slide the control module out of the retaining bracket.
