Shift Control Linkage: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the nut from the shift control linkage rod. See Figure.
  3. Disconnect the shift control linkage rod from the shift control assembly.
  4. Remove the manual shift shaft nut. See Figure.
  5. Remove the shift control linkage from the vehicle.
