Vehicle Speed Sensor: Removal

Raise the vehicle. Remove the bolts securing the front transaxle brace to the transaxle and right cylinder head. See appropriate REMOVAL & INSTALLATION article. Remove the electrical connector at the vehicle speed sensor. Remove the retaining bolt (131) and the sensor (130). See Fig 1 . Twisting the sensor while pulling outward will aid in removal.
