Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the overhead console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD (FULL LENGTH) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD (SHORT LENGTH) .
  2. Disconnect the microphone (2) connector from the jumper harness.
  3. Unclip the microphone bracket (1) from the overhead console.
  4. Disconnect the microphone 2-way connector (2) from the mating 2-way connector.
