DTC B1009: Control Module Checksum Error: Description

EEPROM checksum error detection is handled inside a control module. No external circuits are involved. Control module reverts to base operation values programmed for those blocks of data that have failed on checksum test. Blocks of data that have not failed checksum test are not affected.
