Removal Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Remove the rear compartment trim. Refer to COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR .
  3. To access the mounting nuts, remove the rear trim panel shelf. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SHELF .
  4. Remove the 2 yaw rate sensor mounting nuts.
  5. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector.
  6. Remove the yaw rate sensor from the mounting studs.
