Removal & Installation (Without Navigation)

  1. Use small hooked tool and reach behind center trim panel at top or radio. Pull towards rear of vehicle to disengage center trim panel retainers. Remove center trim panel.
  2. Place shifter lever in neutral position. Open console door and lift upward on rear edge of console trim panel. Pull trim panel rearward. Disconnect electrical connectors as necessary and remove console trim panel.
  3. Remove 4 screws attaching radio and A/C-Heater control panel bracket at top and bottom of bracket. Disconnect electrical connectors and pull radio and A/C-Heater control panel away from instrument panel with bracket.
  4. Remove nuts retaining radio or A/C-heater control panel to bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure. If radio is to be replaced, remove mounting brackets and studs from radio for installation on new radio.
