BRAKELIGHT Switch

NOTE:
Brakelight switch may also be referred to as stoplight switch.
Brakelight switch does not allow current flow to Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) module when brake pedal is released. When brake pedal is depressed, voltage is supplied to cruise control circuit in TAC module. Brakelight switch may incorporate brakelight and torque converter clutch switch.
