Test C: Second Operation Inoperative With Transmitter
- If diagnostic system check was performed, go to next step. If diagnostic system check was not performed, see DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under DIAGNOSTIC TESTS.
- Move driver seat rearward and outside mirrors outward. Lock vehicle using a switch located inside vehicle. Press UNLOCK button on transmitter twice within 4 seconds. If all passenger doors do not unlock, go to next step. If all passenger doors unlock, go to step 7 .
- Move driver seat rearward and outside mirrors outward. Lock vehicle using a switch located inside vehicle. Press UNLOCK button on transmitter twice 2-3 seconds apart. If all passenger doors do not unlock, go to next step. If all passenger doors unlock, go to step 7 .
- Replace battery in transmitter that did not unlock all doors while seat and mirrors were moving. See SYNCHRONIZING TRANSMITTERS under PROGRAMMING. Go to next step.
- Move driver seat rearward and outside mirrors outward. Lock vehicle using a switch located inside vehicle. Press UNLOCK button on transmitter twice 2-3 seconds apart. If all passenger doors do not unlock, go to next step. If all passenger doors unlock, go to step 7 .
- Replace transmitter. See TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING under PROGRAMMING. Go to next step.
- Operate system to verify repair.
