DTC B1760: Cd Changer Not Responding: Description

Integrated Radio Controller (IRC) inside radio and CD changer communicate on Entertainment and Communication (E & C) data line. IRC sets DTC B1760 if communication is lost on the E & C data line when radio is turned from OFF to ON positions. No driver warning message will be issued. DTC B1760 will clear when ignition switch is cycled on and off.
