Engine Cranks But Does Not Start

Perform PASS-KEY II(R) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under PASS-KEY II(R) SYSTEM TESTING  . Using scan tool, retrieve Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). If IPC DTC 2016 is current, see appropriate INSTRUMENT PANEL article. If IPC DTC 2016 is not current, replace IPC.
