Section 28 (A/C - Heater System): Description: Notes

WARNING:
To avoid injury from accidental air bag deployment, read and carefully follow all SERVICE PRECAUTIONS and DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM procedures in AIR BAG article in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT Section.
CAUTION:
When discharging air conditioning system, use only approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Make every attempt to avoid discharging refrigerant into the atmosphere.
CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, radio will go into anti-theft protection mode. Obtain radio anti-theft protection code from owner prior to servicing vehicle.
NOTE:
A/C-Heater Programmer may also be referred as Air Conditioning Module (ACM). Body Control Module (BCM) may also be referred as Platform Zone Module (PZM).
