Pressure Bleeding Procedure: Brakelines
- Fill master cylinder with brake fluid. Install Bleeder Adapter (J-33589) to brake master cylinder. Pressurize bleeder to 20-25 psi (140-172 kPa). Connect bleeder hose to adapter, and bleed air from adapter.
- Raise and support vehicle. Starting at left front wheel, loosen bleeder valve to purge air from cylinder. Tighten bleeder valve when air bubbles are no longer seen in tube. Repeat sequence until all air is removed.
- Remove tube and wrench. Proceed to right front wheel, left rear wheel and finish at right rear wheel. Remove bleeder adapter, fill master cylinder and replace cover.
