Pass-Key(R) Module: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Remove four screws and glove box unit. See GLOVE BOX UNIT  .
  3. Remove two screws and one nut retaining radio chassis. See RADIO CHASSIS  .
  4. Remove electrical connectors and coax cable from radio chassis and radio chassis from bracket.
  5. Remove two screws retaining bracket assembly and pull bracket assembly out of instrument panel.
  6. Remove electrical connector from Pass-Key(R) module.
  7. Remove two nuts and Pass-Key(R) module from bracket. See Figure .
