Testing Precautions

Certain Cadillac, Buick and Oldsmobile vehicles may be equipped with Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) System. All SIR wiring connectors are YELLOW. DO NOT use electrical test equipment on these circuits. SIR-related components are located in steering column, dash, upper radiator support and front fenders.
