PCM Codes E14, E15, E16, E21, E22, E26, E27, E31, E32 and E34 not set. System in "closed loop". Throttle switch open. Throttle angle 6-30 degrees. Coolant temperature greater than 180°F (82°C). Canister at a purge duty cycle of 94 percent at a throttle angle of at least 10 degrees for 10 minutes.
