Clear Flood Mode

If engine floods, clear it by pushing down accelerator pedal all way. With this signal, PCM will completely turn "OFF" fuel. The PCM holds this injector rate as long as throttle remains wide open and engine rpm is below 600. If throttle position becomes less than 60%, PCM returns to Starting Mode.
