ECM DTC EO13: Right O2 Sensor Not Ready: Description

The ECM provides a 0.45 volt reference to the oxygen sensor on CKT 412. When the oxygen sensor warms up, it will cause the 0.45 volt reference to vary based on oxygen content in the exhaust gases. A lean mixture will cause the reference voltage to decrease and a rich mixture will drive the voltage above 0.45 volts. If during the test conditions described above, the oxygen sensor voltage does not vary, the ECM assumes that the oxygen sensor can't respond and will set a code EO13. Possible causes of Code EO13 are open in CKT 412 or 413. Other cause is a short to voltage on CKT 412 or 413. Oxygen sensor that cannot respond.
