Manipulate transmission and ECM connector and circuit No. 520 wiring while observing parameter code "ED26". Check for voltage difference between transmission case and ECM power ground. Idle engine and try various accessory loads. If greater than .10 volts is seen, repair poor accessory ground to chassis or poor ECM ground to circuit No. 450. Remove and replace ECM and transmission connectors, and ensure they are latched.
