DTC B335: Loss Of CCDIC Serial Data: Description
This code is caused by a loss of data communication with the CCDIC. Therefore, it will only be displayed as a "History" code, indicating an intermittent problem. When this happens, the HVAC will divert to 75°F set temperature, heater in defrost mode and automatic blower control.
With a 2-way redundant communication ability built into this system, a double open in the data line Must occur to set the fault. A single fault in the power or ground circuits would, however, cause this code to display.
BCM Code B335 indicates a loss of data communication between the CCDIC and the BCM. When this occurs the CCDIC will display "System Problem" until the condition is corrected. Due to the nature of this code, it will only be displayed as a history code.
Possible causes of this code are a faulty CCDIC panel, a loss of 7 volts to circuit No. 807, a grounded circuit No. 801 from the central power supply or the actual loss of the data communication circuit to the BCM.
