Heater Water Valve: Notes

Normally closed, the valve is located on the evaporator and blower case in the engine compartment, and requires vacuum from the control system to open. The valve is open in all temperature control program points except when maximum cooling is required. The valve is closed in the VENT and OFF positions and when the engine is not running.
