- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
Radiator Air Upper Seal (2) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Seal Replacement
Radiator Air Lower Baffle (3) - Remove - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement
Front Bumper Impact Bar (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Left Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Left Side
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Right Side
Remove the front head lamp (2) on both side. Front Headlamp Replacement
Charge Air Cooler (2) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement
Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement
Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @ Radiator - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)
- Wiring Harness Clip (2) @ Radiator - Remove [3x]
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (1) @ Radiator - Remove - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Radiator to Radiator Surge Tank to Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe) , or Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Water Pump to Water Inlet Pipe) , or Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve to Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe)
Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @ Radiator - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)
Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (1) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side
- Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side
Radiator (1) - Remove
Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Clip (2) - Remove [2x]
- Engine Coolant Fan (3) - Remove
Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - Remove
