Preliminary Procedure Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation (AWD) Disconnect the electrical connectors. Release the retainers.
1	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Bolt-Double End Stud [2x] CAUTION: Fastener Caution Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Bolt [2x] Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator NOTE: The shift fork must be lined up with the shift collar when it is installed.
4	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Seal Procedure Remove and DISCARD the seal. Fill the transmission to the correct level using the proper fluid. Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill Verify the power transfer unit fluid is at the correct level and fill the power transfer unit fluid as necessary. Power Transfer Unit Case Fluid Replacement
