Removal Procedure
- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (BUPYEONG Plant, KOREA) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (SAN LUIS POTOSI Plant, MEXICO)
- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Hood Primary and Secondary Latch - Remove - Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement (Buick)
Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - Remove - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
Charge Air Cooler (2) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (3) - Remove - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement

Radiator Surge Tank (6) - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Radiator Assembly - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement
- Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
- Disconnect the engine coolant fan connector.
Radiator Upper Bracket (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement [2x]
Radiator Assembly (1) - Remove
Radiator Bolt (1) [2x] - Remove
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (2) - Remove
- Radiator (3) - Remove

Radiator Upper Insulator (1) - Remove [2x]
- Air Conditioning Condenser Seal (2) - Remove [2x]
- Radiator Outlet Hose Connector (3) - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Connector Replacement - Radiator Side
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (4) - Remove
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (5) - Remove
- Lower Radiator Frame (6) - Remove
