Installation Procedure

Using DT-51467 Seal Installer and DT-305-1 Driver Handle, install the NEW power transfer unit output seal (1).
Install the NEW power transfer unit propeller shaft retainer (1).
- Install the propeller shaft. Propeller Shaft Replacement
- Fill the power transfer unit to the bottom of the power transfer unit fill plug hole with the recommended fluid. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers , and Approximate Fluid Capacities
