Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect

  3. Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Tank (2) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Retainer (1) @ Fuel Tank - Remove

    Use the CH-45747  fuel sender lock ring wrench to remove the fuel sender retainer.

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) @ Fuel Tank - Remove

  6. Fuel Pump Seal (2) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Remove and DISCARD
