Circuit/System Verification

Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode Clear All Vehicle DTCs
Verify the scan tool can communicate with the following component: K60 Steering Column Lock Module
- If the scan tool cannot communicate with the component
1. Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system: Serial Data
  - If a related DTC is set
    Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
  - If a related DTC is not set
    Refer to Scan Tool Does Not Communicate with Low Speed GMLAN Device
- Go to next step: If the scan tool can communicate with the component
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. Verify DTC B305A is not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
All OK.
