Circuit/System Verification

Ignition = On
Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system: K43 Power Steering Control Module
- If a related DTC is set
  Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If a related DTC is not set
1. Verify DTC U0126, U0130, U0131 is not set.
  - If DTC U0126, U0130, U0131 is set
    Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
  - Go to next step: If a DTC was not set
2. Verify DTC C0035-C0050 is not set. - Electronic Brake Control Module
  - If DTC C0035-C0050 is set
    Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
  - Go to next step: If a DTC was not set
Perform the following procedure/test: Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering
- If the repair corrected the DTC/symptom
  All OK.
- Go to next step: If the repair did not correct the DTC/symptom
Replace the component: Steering Gear
- If the repair corrected the DTC/symptom
  All OK.
- Go to next step: If the repair did not correct the DTC/symptom
Replace the component: K17 Electronic Brake Control Module
All OK.
