Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LHN)

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

    Oil Level Indicator Tube (1) - Remove - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement

    Drive Belt Idler Pulley (2) - Remove - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

    Harness Conduit Retainer Nut (1) - Remove

  7. Harness Conduit Retainer Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
  8. Engine Harness (5) - Reposition
  9. Tie Straps (4) - Remove [3x]
  10. Connector Retainer (3) - Disengage

    Protective Cap (2) - Remove

  12. Generator Nut (1) - Remove
  13. Battery Positive Cable (4) - Remove
  14. Electrical Connector (3) - Disconnect

    Generator Bolt (1) - Remove [2X]

  16. Remove the generator. (2)
