Installation Procedure

  1. GM4230590

    O-Ring (2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install
  3. GM4230539

    Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (1) - Connect - Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. GM4230523

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  5. GM4230507

    Fuel and EVAP Pipe (2) - Connect [2x] - Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  6. Electrical Connector (1)@ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Connect [2x]
  7. Fuel Tank - Install - Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
