Preliminary Procedures

  1. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  2. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  3. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement 
1 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Clip
2 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Install a NEW engine coolant temperature seal.
