Installation Procedure

    Starter (1) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Starter Mounting Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Electrical Connector (3) - Connect

  4. Battery Positive Cable (1) - Install
  5. Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Oil Pressure Switch (2) - Connect

  7. Retainer (3) - Engage

    Transfer Case (2) - Install - Power Transfer Unit Case Replacement

    Exhaust Front Pipe (3) - Install - Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LTG)Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  10. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
