Installation Procedure

  1. Vacuum Pump Pipe Seal 2 - Install a NEW O-ring seal.
  2. Vacuum Pump Pipe 1 - Install

    WARNING:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Vacuum Pump Pipe Bolt 1 - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.

  5. Vacuum Pump Pipe Bolt 2 - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose 1 - Connect - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement
