Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut

  1. Battery 6 - Install
  2. Battery Hold Down Retainer 2 - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut 1 - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Battery Hold Down Retainer 4 - Install
  5. Battery Hold Down Bolt 3 - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  6. Battery Vent Hose 5 - Connect

  7. Battery Distribution Fuse Block 2 - Install
  8. Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut 1 - tighten 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)

  9. Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover 1 - Install
  10. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
