Removal Procedure

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect
    2. Fig 1: Starter And Generator Cable Nut

  2. Open the fuse block cover.
  3. Remove the starter and generator cable nut (1).
  4. Reposition the starter and generator cable.

  5. Remove the positive battery cable nut (1) and remove the small wire.
  6. Remove the positive battery cable nut (2) and remove cable.

  7. Remove the battery positive junction block cable nut (1).
  8. Remove the fuse block wiring harness terminal nuts (2).
  9. Reposition the wiring harness terminals.

  10. Unclip the fuse block tabs (1) and remove from the battery.
