CONDITION/CONCERN
Vehicle continues to set DTC P0496 after you have completed Strategy Based Diagnostics
RECOMMENDATION/INSTRUCTIONS
Contact GM TAC if you have a 2013-2015 Chevrolet Trax or Buick Encore that continues to set DTC P0496 after you have completed Strategy Based Diagnostics
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
