Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the throttle body wiring harness connector.
  2. Separate the charge air cooler outlet air hose from the throttle body. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement

  3. Remove the throttle body fasteners (3).
  4. Remove the throttle body (2).
  5. Remove and DISCARD the throttle body seal ring (1).
